Manage It makes it easy for you to ask questions and make comments on tasks. To comment on a task, select the task.


  • To add a new comment, type in the field at the bottom of the screen.  You can press enter or the green arrow to the right.  Your comment will be date/time stamped.



Adding people to the conversation

  • If you would like to ask someone on your team a question about a task or you would like to include them in the current conversation, simply type '@' and start typing the person's name (first or last).  Select the person in the box that you want to address the question or comment to.  Continue to type your question.  




  • The person will receive an email notification regarding the comment.
